Welcome to Encore Club Blog!

by on May.31, 2011, under Blog Discussion

Hello readers, Sean here, welcoming you to the Encore club blog. This is a new venture for us here at Encore, and we’re hoping we can use this format to foster a dialogue with all of the great players we enjoy here at the Encore Club. I hope that a lot of our regular customers will keep up to date with the goings-on here at the blog, and take part in conversations in the commentary. I’ll certainly be keeping in touch with the community through our page, and will do my best to post timely responses to all serious comments left on our entries.

Today, it’s just a welcome page, but in upcoming weeks you’ll see updates on Encore Club events as well as interesting links, reviews, and commentary on the world of poker in general. If you have any questions or comments, let me know either in the comment section, through email (sean@encoreclub.com) or in person at the club. While there may be guest entries from some of the other folks here at the club, for the most part I will be writing the posts and serving as administrator. I really look forward to engaging with you all. Welcome, friends, to the Encore Club Blog!

Encore Club brings excitement, safe balance and ultimately another entertainment option.

by on May.29, 2011, under Uncategorized

Encore Club has become a place where people truly enjoy great game of poker without negativity that sometimes higher stakes poker brings with it.  How Encore was able to accomplish that? Through offering tournament poker with buy-ins not exceeding $100 mark! (Encore does run $300 No Rebuy tournament once a month).  This kind of situation, brings in our mind, literally the best combination possible, in terms of real poker vs. real loss. You still get to play for something tangible, where real money on the table where you stand to win 10-15 times your investment but even if you lose, a healthy attitude would be “I just paid $50-$100 for several hours of pure entertainment, social experience,  a bit of roller coaster ride and adrenaline rush!”. Let’s face it, $50 to $100 is pretty standard amount these days to pay for night out in town kind of entertainment. So, try your luck in civilized/safe environment with the game that has its’ roots in Wild Wild West!
